use a generative model for creating VBQ maps 
the model fits an exponential function over the acquired echoes. 
additional options in the same framework:
  1-coregister different maps of the same subject
  2- denoising (not implemented yet)
  
The main fcn is 'MultiImage_20180831_call_fcn_correct2' which calls fcn in the 'utilities' subfolder
