Patch-Router模型在SAM编码器前接入一个轻量级的CNN+MLP路由网络，基于下采样特征图为每个图像Patch计算重要性得分，并在ViT处理前剔除低分Patch。推理阶段仅对高分Token进行Transformer编码，从而大幅减少FLOPs和延迟，SAM解码器再通过位置插值恢复全分辨率Mask，几乎不影响分割精度。
