网络请求API重构

### 需求描述
完善Axios的返回数据类型和请求参数类型，明确ts数据结构

### 预期目标
以bookmark.ts中的categoryList接口为例
before
```
  categoryList(data: any) {
    // typeof res => any
    const res = this.getReq({
      url: 'Basic.category',
      params: data,

    return res;
