Cesium绘图+编辑工具v1.0,支持编辑模式和绘图模式即时切换.

#### 软件架构

    依赖Cesium.js开发库

#### 安装教程

    当前项目已经包含Ceisum.js打包依赖，无需安装任何第三方依赖包，克隆项目后搭建本地服务，打开index.html即可查看效果。

2. 搭建本地liveServer，直接打开index.html页面即可。
